How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Returns / Exchange

We stand behind the quality of our product.

We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at sales@huxworth.com to initiate the process.

Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Until you receive a confirmation that your order has been dispatched you can cancel your order. Please log in, go to the “My Orders” page and cancel your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can order as a guest, however we recommend signing up to have an account with us.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you choose a shipping method with tracking, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number/link. If you’re having troubles with the link or tracking code please contact our sales as soon as possible so that they may check with the shipping company.
